Extremely exciting news from the Madeline Weinrib atelier… she has collaborated with the Argentinian designer Soledad Twombly on a capsule fashion collection. As you would expect from two women whose work is known for celebrating the most fabulous fabrics they can find, the 15 piece collection is a riot of color and a thing of beauty. One of a kind kaftans, jackets and blouses all feature Weinrib’s wonderful ikat prints, this time reimagined as fashion and paired with Sole’s signature luxurious Italian fabrics to collect a unique collection as sumptuous as it is exotic. For those of us who have long been looking at our Weinrib cushions wondering, ‘if only there was a way I could wear them…’ well, now our dreams have come true.
